Rubber airbag has good aging resistance performance, long service life features, rubber airbag using synthetic rubber, natural rubber and fibre strengthen layer is made after sulfide. Has very good resistance to bilge strength and elastic, flexibility, rubber airbag can satisfy various working conditions.
Rubber airbag applicable temperature in - 10 Degrees Celsius ~ + 90 Degrees Celsius, within the scope of the rubber airbag material won't change.
Rubber airbags safety precaution:
● Over pressure Control:
Strictly control the operating pressure, over pressure is forbidden.
● The Landing Slipway Requirements:
The landing ground should be ground or cement concrete, according the tonnage of different ships.
● Avoid Sharp Objects:
Make sure no sharp objects and make sure the smooth and clean ground during using them in case of break of airbag.
● Avoid Distortion And Overweight
Avoid distortion in the length direction during rolling and avoid overweight load after gas charging.
How to choose suitable airbag size and quantity:
Our factory can manufacture ship rubber airbag diameter from 0.6m up to 2.8m, effective length from 5.0m up to 24.0m, and layers from 3 to 12 layers.
